This week on Nation’s Restaurant News, Mcdonald's is dealing with two suits. Black workers in Illinois have filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against McDonald’s Corp. and a local franchisee, accusing the companies of racial discrimination that led to employees being forced out and retaliated against after complaining of unequal treatment. Also, a judge has approved a $26 million settlement in a wage theft class action suit against McDonald’s.
