ORLANDO Fla. Universal Orlando Resort here has selected MATRA Systems Inc. Freedom point-of-sale-system software for food-and-beverage operations at numerous facilities, according to the supplier.
Duluth, Ga.-based MATRA will support more than 200 locations using 700 POS terminals across the Universal Orlando Resort, including those within the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks and CityWalk entertainment complex, MATRA sources said. They said the software rollout is scheduled to take place between September and November.
