Bagatelle’s New York City restaurant will serve brunch all day over Memorial Day weekend. Guests of the French bistro can enjoy dishes like Pancakes Bagatelle, or créme fraîche pancakes with seasonal fruit, from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For Memorial Day weekend, Rustic Root in San Diego will offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday, as well as its Vice & Vino Monday happy hour, which features a menu of luxurious dishes, like the Rich Indulgences, pictured, savory garlic and herb lamb lollipops with a mint chimichurri, and half off on all bottles of wine from 5:30 p.m. until closing time.

The Vanderbilt Grace in Newport, R.I., will offer a special Memorial Day cocktail, the Baby You’re a Firework, made with tequila, lime juice, egg white, fennel, ginger, orange shrub, muddled strawberries and simple syrup, and topped with bitters, blue sugar and smoked salt.

With National Brisket Day on May 28 and Memorial Day on May 29, Schlotzsky’s will offer a meal deal during the holiday weekend. For $8, a customer can get a medium Traditional, Cuban or Tex-Mex brisket sandwich with chips and a drink from May 27 through 29.

Located at the Miami River in Florida, River Yacht Club will host “Rock My Boat,” a two-day, backyard-style barbecue party on May 28 and 29. The celebration will have seafood and brunch menu items, grilling and taco stations, drink specials and live DJs. The restaurant will also donate 10 percent of food and beverage sales to the Wounded Warriors Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support to injured veterans and their families and caregivers.

North Carolina-based Hickory Tavern will honor Memorial Day with a free Gameday Burger, such as the Tavern Burger, pictured, to veterans and active-duty military at all of its 27 locations throughout the Southeast.

This Mexican restaurant, located in San Diego, will serve cocktails and entrées at half price on Memorial Day, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Hudson Terrace in New York City will kick off Memorial Day weekend with a rooftop happy hour party on May 26, at 5 p.m. The party has free admission, drink specials, food, a live DJ, and VIP drink and seating options available for purchase online.

In Boston, The Beehive will offer a special Memorial Day brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on its patio with live jazz performances.

On Memorial Day, all military veterans and active-duty personnel dining at this Brazilian steakhouse chain will receive 50 percent off their meal, as well as 10 percent off for up to three additional guests.

This Manhattan bar will have an open bar event during Memorial Day weekend with tickets available online. Guests can enjoy unlimited drinks from 7 p.m. 10 p.m., from May 26 through 29, for $60 a person each day. B&B Burger and Beer, owned and operated by Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich in Las Vegas, will offer diners 15 percent off their meal on Memorial Day.
