Granite City Food and Brewery, a restaurant chain based in Bloomington, Minn., with over 30 units, serves a Chimichurri Queso Burger featuring a patty of short rib, brisket and ground chuck with chimichurri sauce, Sriracha queso, avocado and pico de gallo.
