Flavor of the Week: Burrata, a distinctly creamy cheese

Burrata is made by encasing cream and shredded cheese curds in a mozzarella shell. With its distinctive, creamy texture, it brings a sense of over-the-top indulgence to dishes it’s in, which has helped it to expand beyond the starter section of the menu. These days, you can spot burrata on items ranging from toasts to bowls, pizzas to burgers.
