The restaurant executive discusses delivery and catering initiatives as well as improving brand visibility and speed of service. Niccol also shares his daily morning routine and his favorite Chipotle order.
The fast-casual chain saw a same-store sales increase of 2.2 percent for the first quarter of 2018 — its fifth consecutive quarter of positive same-store sales and the first under Niccol.
Chipotle operates more than 2,400 restaurants.
