As the year wraps up, it’s time to look back on the way we’ve changed our podcast, Extra Serving.
We created a podcast network, The Last Bite Network, that also encompasses Take-Away with Sam Oches and In the Kitchen with Bret Thorn.
We also decided to add a new beginning to the podcasts and offer our listeners a peak into the way the editors at Nation’s Restaurant News think. Each week, I’m joined by Sam Oches and a rotating guest, either Joanna Fantozzi, Bret Thorn, Ron Ruggless, Lisa Jennings or Leigh Anne Zinsmeister, all NRN editors, for a recap of the news of the week.
It’s been a success; all our most popular episodes have been since the debut of that format.
We hope to continue to provide you with that kind of content in 2022 but, until then, here’s a recap of what you found interesting in 2021.
