Little Beet staff members add sweet chili garlic sauce to a bowl. The menu includes several “Chef Made” bowls, as well as “Make Your Own” offerings that let customers choose from a variety of grains, greens, vegetables, meats and sauces.
Little Beet CEO Becky Mulligan said training will remain a key component of the brand’s expansion efforts.
The Little Beet is part of the Aventura Mall’s food court transformation, launched in 2018, to include more upscale fast-casual brands.
