The Little Beet’s Aventura Mall location in Miami features one of the brand’s smaller footprints, about 850 square feet, but seating is available in the food court.

Little Beet staff members add sweet chili garlic sauce to a bowl. The menu includes several “Chef Made” bowls, as well as “Make Your Own” offerings that let customers choose from a variety of grains, greens, vegetables, meats and sauces.
Little Beet CEO Becky Mulligan said training will remain a key component of the brand’s expansion efforts.
The Little Beet is part of the Aventura Mall’s food court transformation, launched in 2018, to include more upscale fast-casual brands.
