Ela Ela, Mama’s Guy, Lilah’s, Beautiful Foods

Launched by: The h.wood Group (John Terzian and Brian Toll)

Where: Los Angeles

Kitchens used: Existing h.wood Group kitchens

Concept: Ela Ela is a Mediterranean-inspired menu with “California values” including farm-to-(home) table and has items like kebabs, hummus, crispy falafel and savory eggplant.  

Mama’s Guy brings a “homemade” Italian experience to diners at home with classic dishes baked ziti, lasagna and subs.  

Lilah’s menu consists of all-American classic diner foods including burgers, chicken tenders and steak sandwiches.

Beautiful Foods is a vegan concept offering salads and noodle bowls for those looking for a lighter and plant-focused meal and is launching soon.

It’s Just Wings

Launched by: Brinker International

Where: 1,000 locations nationwide

Kitchens used: Chili’s and Maggiano’s Little Italy existing kitchens

Concept: The wings-only brand launched by Chili’s parent Brinker International will serve wing combos that have been tested at select locations for the past few months.

Burritos Locos

Launched by: The Madera Group

Where: Various neighborhoods in Los Angeles

Kitchens used: Existing Tocaya Organica and Toca Madera kitchens

Concept: Described as an “indulgent burrito concept,” Burritos Locos offers a range of burritos from classic, to Nashville-fried chicken, to Beyond Meat. Customers have the option to add fries or beer to delivery orders as well.

Krispy Rice

Launched by: SBE and C3

Where: Orange County, Calif.; San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles open now, NYC and Miami opening soon

Kitchens used: Ghost kitchens

Concept: Created by the team behind Katsuya, this concept is centered around the restaurant’s famous tuna “krispy rice” and fresh sushi with sustainability in mind. The concept uses monk fruit instead of sugar, carbon neutral packaging and sushi-grade fish.

The Wing Experience

Launched by: Smokey Bones

Where: Chicago

Kitchens used: Kitchen United in Chicago

Concept: The Wing Experience caters to those who crave wings and includes 14 different wing flavors on the menu including three flavors not currently available at Smokey Bones locations.

Vegas.Pizza, KO Sports Bar

Vegas.Pizza, KO Sports Bar

Where: Las Vegas

Kitchens used: Host kitchens

Concept: Vegas.Pizza offers pizza delivery; and KO Sports Bar features plates named after famous fighters and historical events from boxing and mixed martial arts.

Impasta

Where: Los Angeles

Kitchens used: Ghost kitchens

Concept: Plant-based, low-carb and grain-free pasta options including Pesto & Ricotta Cauliflower Gnocchi, Pink Sauce Spaghetti Squash and Vegan Brown Butter Heart of Palm Noodles. Dishes are highly customizable for dietary preferences.

SushiBi

Launched by: Sushi With Attitude

Where: Los Angeles

Kitchens used: Ghost kitchen

Concept: SushiBi is a combination of sushi and musubi that uses ingredients like caramelized bacon and flaming hot Cheetos in combination with traditional sushi ingredients like tuna and avocado.
