All the restaurant companies Reef Technology partnered with in 2021

The ghost kitchen provider has worked with quick service and casual dining brands in the past year

Reef Technology has become a major ghost kitchen player in the past year, but not without hurdles.

While brokering deals with restaurants from Wendy’s to 800 Degrees, the ghost kitchen provider that used to operate exclusively out of parking lots has come under fire for its permitting at New York City locations.

Despite the hiccups, Reef has continued to build up its portfolio to include brands like Milk Bar, Juice Press, Man vs. Fries, Wow Bao, Umami Burgers, Papa Murphy’s, Saladworks, Capriotti’s, Firenza and Muscle Maker Grill.

The Wendy’s deal is the largest, expanding the quick-service chain’s reach by 700 stores that will be delivery-only.

In addition, the delivery service has partnered with fast casual, casual dining and quick service brands.

Check out which restaurants (and musicians) Reef has partnered with over the past year, including a new restaurant in collaboration with DJ Khaled.
