Menu: Zuul's SoHo ghost kitchen is the one providing the food for Zuul Market and includes Junzi Kitchen, Naya Express, Sarge's Deli, and Stone Bridge Pizza & Salad. Zuul Market features 15-20 curated items from each restaurant and allows diners to filter by dietary restriction, brand, and category.
Additionally, Zuul created its own virtual brand, Snack Committee, to meet the in-between snack needs of the consumer with individually packaged goods.

Concept(s): Norms decided to embrace off-premise and open a virtual brand utilizing the already staffed and ready Norms kitchens since California’s indoor dining remains closed or low-capacity. With an aim of making “killer burgers” at “killer prices” the teams at Norms opened Zombie Burger Co. on Oct. 19.
Menu: Burgers topped with decadent toppings like mac n cheese, onion rings and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos as well as tots topped with the same and sides of mac n’ cheese. Burgers are built based on the customer’s protein of choice including chicken, turkey, Impossible patty or a veggie burger with toppings like “The Screamer” which is mac n’ cheese, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and an onion ring between two buns.

Concept(s): Chef Ed Hardy, dismayed and bored after the pandemic shut down Cookology Culinary School in Arlington, Va., where he taught as an instructor, decided to create an entirely new virtual brand with friend Nate Reynolds — a restaurant newbie. The cuisine is Polish inspired with lots of uniquely flavored pierogis. The name was actually chosen because it “sounded exactly like a Polish grandmother who would be making pierogis,” Hardy told the Washingtonian.
Menu: Pierogis come in three categories: Old-World Traditional with favorites like Sauerkraut & Brat, Pastrami & Provolone and Mushroom & Herb; Dangerously Experimental that includes Everything Bagel with Scallion Cream Cheese, Crab Rangoon and Smoked Trout, Green Apple and Black Pepper; and desserts which include dessert pierogis like The Fat Elvis (banana, Nutella and bacon) and a Blueberry Lemon Thyme pierogi. Sandwiches and soups are also on the menu.

Concept(s): A new virtual brand from Datz Restaurant Group, this chicken concept focuses on “comfort food” that consumers are craving — mainly fried chicken — at an affordable price.
Menu: Chicken-Nut Sandwich (two fried chicken tenders in Nashville hot sauce sandwiched between two glazed donuts); Korean BBQ Sandwich (chicken tenders tossed in Korean BBQ sauce with cole slaw on a brioche bun); and orders of three or five tenders that can be made vegan.

Concept(s): Pizza Anonymous is an underground, speakeasy-style concept that operates within Saint Honoré for takeout & delivery pizza. The idea came to the two former marketing executives, Lourdes and Jerome, when they saw the increase in off-premise and knew they could use the closed patisserie (which isn’t open at night) for a prep space.
Menu: Pizzas of all shapes and sizes with plenty of Refined Hospitality’s vegan and gluten-free options as well. Margherita Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Fresh Burrata and Prosciutto Pizza, Salumi Pizza and Garlic Veggie Pizza are the pizza offerings while the brand also offers salads, desserts and shakes.
A new kids pizza kit was designed to allow kids to get in on the fun of making their own pizzas at home. The kit includes dough, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, red sauce and pepperoni.

Menu: Some of the chicken sandwiches include The Dang Good Seasoned Tender Sandwich or Nashville Hot AF Tender Sandwich, which contain three tenders, are served with fries.

Concept(s): There will be a rotating series of ghost kitchens operating out of The Post and Walnut Street Café for a combined 7,000-square-feet in University City amongst the throngs of college students at Drexel, University of Pennslyvania and more.
So far, three restaurants have been announced: Agea, inspired by the Aegean Islands, serving Meditteranean cuisine; Philadelphia Wing Shop, offering a range of wing flavors, from mango habanero to sweet chili; and Ghost Chicken, whose specialty is roast chicken.
Menu: Agea offers pitas and bowls featuring Mediterranean ingredients like hummus, Israeli couscous, falafel, halloumi and more toppings at the male-your-own restaurant.
Philadelphia Wing Shop offers nine different flavors of wings with dipping sauces and alcohol.
The menu for Ghost Chicken currently isn’t available online.
