Wendy’s franchisee Wenbull basks in back-office tool choice


WEST PLAINS Mo. Wendy’s franchisee Wenbull Inc., based here, said Web-based RTIconnect back-office software from Restaurant Technology Inc. has cut food costs, among other benefits.

“RTIconnect has easily saved us thousands of dollars over a year’s time. It has greatly improved our food cost [and] actually dropped it in the beginning about 2.5 percent, which is phenomenal,” said Wenbull owner Dave Hale. “We were just prepping way too much stuff
