Raising Cane’s names Evans vice president-controller

DALLAS Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, an 80-unit quick-service chain, said it has appointed Lee Evans to the position of vice president-controller.

Evans, a certified public accountant, most recently was vice president of finance and interim controller for Rock Bottom Restaurants Inc.

Evans, a certified public accountant, will manage Raising Cane’s accounting department and oversee all accounting, treasury, payroll and tax functions. She will be based in the company’s Dallas restaurant support office.
