LUTZ Fla. Concessions and catering specialist Ovations Food Services LP, based here, has chosen as preferred technology Radiant Systems Inc.'s Quest point-of-sale system and VenueManager back-office product.

Radiant said it installed the Quest-VenueManager package at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater at Encore Park in Alpharetta, Ga., and will deploy the technology at four additional Ovations sites in the third quarter. The Alpharetta-based technology company said it will provide Quest POS for new Ovations sites and refresh technology as needed at the firm's 90-plus existing convention, entertainment and sports venues in North America, such as Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati.
