ATLANTA Arby’s Restaurant Group Inc., the 3,500-unit subsidiary of Triarc Cos. Inc., said Friday that it had signed development agreements during the fourth quarter of 2006 to open 51 Arby’s restaurants throughout North America. A total of 168 units were signed for development in 2006.
The company said the agreements, which include seven new and 12 existing franchisees, were for restaurants in Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, West Virginia and Wisconsin as well as British Columbia in Canada.
