The 126 restaurant chains in the Consumer Picks survey vary widely in menu, atmosphere and service style, but the strongest ones all manage to create a deep connection with diners. The Consumer Picks report aims to quantify that all-important X factor with a metric called True Loyalty.
Survey respondents were asked if their last visit to each chain was driven by convenience or by a true desire to experience that brand.
