You don’t have to be complicated to be craveable: Many of the top-scoring restaurants in this category have menus that are almost embarrassingly simple — like Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, which pretty much serves chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast and coleslaw. Other mostly one-trick ponies in the top 10 are Krispy Kreme, Cinnabon and In-N-Out Burger.
The top scorer, Flame Broiler, is a Korean-spiced concept with a choice of beef, chicken, beef and chicken or tofu over white or brown rice, and that’s about it.
Other craveable favorites are regional chains, such as Freebirds World Burrito, Ledo Pizza and American Deli.
