Consumer Picks 2015: What customers want from Casual-Dining restaurants

Respondents in the Consumer Picks 2015 survey, presented by Nation's Restaurant News and WD Partners of Dublin, Ohio, ranked the survey’s dining-out attributes by their importance to the Casual-Dining restaurant experience. Results were then categorized by demographic groups. Demographic groups' preferences for restaurant attributes — Food Quality, Service, Menu Variety, etc. — represent areas where responses differed by a statistically significant margin, or +/- 5 percentage points, between groups.
