SEATTLE Starbucks has rolled out a promotion aimed at bringing morning customers back in the afternoon.
The promotion reportedly allows customers who return after 2 p.m. to buy any Grande iced drink for $2 if they bring a receipt from a visit that morning. The discount will be available through Sept. 2, according to published reports.
The coffeehouse giant tested the promotion in several markets before rolling it out nationally this week. Starbucks has been testing a number of promotions aimed at boosting traffic.
