CARLSBAD Calif. Rubio's Restaurants Inc. named Frank Henigman chief financial officer of the approximately 160-unit fast-casual chain. He has served as acting CFO since April, when John Fuller resigned to head the financial team at JC Resorts, a San Diego-based hospitality company.
Previously Henigman served as Rubio's controller.
Rubio's, based here, operates, licenses or franchises its Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill chain in California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Nevada.
