New York and Bahamas Culinary Schools Create Exchange Program

NEW ROCHELLE N.Y. —The Monroe College School of Hospitality Management and the Culinary Arts recently started an exchange program with the College of the Bahamas for faculty and students. To kick off the program, Monroe professor and chef Tracy Zimmerman traded places with COB professor and chef Christina Moseley for the spring semester.
