LAS VEGAS The Eiffel Tower restaurant here will use Web-based ReServe Anywhere software from ReServe Interactive to manage catered events in private and semi-private dining rooms, the technology company said.
Operated on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas hotel and casino by Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises Inc., Eiffel Tower sells food inspired by French cooking in a space reminiscent of the Parisian landmark after which is modeled.
Officials of ReServe Interactive, with offices in Delafield, Wis., and Livermore, Calif., said the software selected by Eiffel Tower is remotely accessible through a password-protected Internet connection and is hosted by ReServe on secure, centralized servers. Among other functions, they said, ReServe Anywhere manages event room locations to prevent double bookings, generates event-related correspondence and uses point-and-click technology to gather menus and define set-up and service requirements.
