LOUISVILLE Ky. KFC has added a Chicken & Biscuit variation to its KFC Famous Bowl meal line, made with a buttermilk biscuit and country-style white gravy. The Chicken & Biscuit Bowl includes layers of mashed potatoes, deep-fried chicken pieces, corn, a three-cheese blend, the buttermilk biscuit and white gravy. Like the two previous Bowl options, Mashed Potato and Rice, the new Biscuit Bowls are made to order nationwide and sell for about $3.99.
“People love KFC Famous Bowls because we combine all the favorites on our menu in a convenient, portable and hearty package,” said James O’Reilly, KFC chief marketing officer, who expects the newest bowl to be a permanent menu addition.
