J&W Culinary Dean Wins American Culinary Federation Award

NORTH MIAMI FLA. —Bruce Ozga, dean of culinary arts education at Johnson & Wales University’s North Miami campus, recently was honored as the Southeast Region Chef Educator of the Year by the American Culinary Federation.
