IFMA’s Forecast & Outlook Seminar to address challenges of down economy

CHICAGO —The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, or IFMA, will host its annual Foodservice Forecast & Outlook Seminar in three cities this year.

The programs are to be held in Rosemont, Ill., near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, Sept. 18; in Millbrae, Calif., near San Francisco International Airport, Sept. 22; and in Rutherford, N.J., near Newark Liberty International Airport, Sept. 26. —The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, or IFMA, will host its annual Foodservice Forecast & Outlook Seminar in three cities this year.

The one-day Forecast & Outlook Seminar, presented by Chicago-based Technomic Inc., will address the economic slowdown, soaring energy and commodity costs, and tightening credit. —The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, or IFMA, will host its annual Foodservice Forecast & Outlook Seminar in three cities this year.

Menu & Concept Trends: Learning About Innovative Approaches.
