Henin to head Delaware North's culinary operations

BUFFALO N.Y. Concessionaire Delaware North Cos. has promoted Roland G. Henin to corporate executive chef and culinary ambassador, with responsibility for culinary operations worldwide.

Henin, one of only about 60 certified chefs nationwide, previously served as corporate chef of the company's Parks & Resorts division, which manages the foodservice operations of the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks in California and Niagara
