GRAPEVINE TEXAS —Hundreds of operators, educators and consultants recently gathered here for the 13th Annual International Foodservice Technology Exposition, which was anchored by educational presentations and 80-plus exhibitors of restaurant specialty information systems and services.

The exposition, also known as FS/TEC 2008, took place April 16-19 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, and its theme was, “Putting the I.T. in ProfI.T.$.” Also featured at this year’s FS/TEC were keynote speeches, nightly networking receptions and attendee peer-to-peer roundtable discussions organized by the National Restaurant Association Management Information Systems Executive Study Group. —Hundreds of operators, educators and consultants recently gathered here for the 13th Annual International Foodservice Technology Exposition, which was anchored by educational presentations and 80-plus exhibitors of restaurant specialty information systems and services.
