Much more tuna is on menus in casual dining restaurants than in other segments, according to Technomic.
The research firm’s MenuMonitor looked at 1,204 menu items with tuna, of which 44 percent of them were offered at casual dining restaurants.
The most popular cooking technique for is “grilled,” which makes up 15.4 percent of preparations.
