JACKSONVILLE Fla. Firehouse Restaurant Group, parent of the Firehouse Subs fast-casual sandwich chain, has promoted Vincent Burchianti to vice president of finance and technology.
In addition to overseeing the company's banking, investment and technology functions, Burchianti is also responsible for developing one-year and five-year business models for the 268-unit chain, Firehouse said. He previously served as corporate controller.
Burchianti formerly worked for Nathan's Famous, the hotdog chain, and Miami Subs, the broad-menu quick-service chain. He began his career with Arby's.
Firehouse Subs, based here, consists of 33 company-operated restaurants and 235 franchised stores.
