Dunkin' Brands Inc. here has signed two development agreements for 107 Dunkin' Donut units in the Houston area.
An agreement with the Kainos Partners Holding Co. LLC calls for 75 units with 10 of those scheduled to open in 2009. A pact with Southern Donuts LLC calls for 32 units with six scheduled to open in 2010.
Kainos Partners Holding Co. already has 42 franchised stores: 16 in Buffalo, N.Y.; 13 in Greenville, S.C.; and 13 in Las Vegas, Nev.
Southern Donuts LLC is owned by Mike Kevlin and Mike Riley of Flower Mound, Texas.
