CIA-San Antonio: The mission

Instructors and a former student talk about the mission of the Culinary Institute of America's newly expanded San Antonio campus. Offering their perspectives are: Elizabeth Johnson-Kossick, chef-instructor at the campus; David P. Kellaway, managing director; and Joseph Dominguez, a graduate of the program and now executive chef at the San Antonio Food Bank.
