BK franchisee Pamax tries single hardware-software supplier

News

TULSA Okla. Pamax Management Inc., a 30-unit Burger King franchisee based here, has deployed companywide ViGo point-of-sale-system hardware and the InFusion enterprise software suite, both from the ParTech Inc. division of Par Technology Corp., the vendor said.

“As our restaurants continue to offer the best possible service to our customers, we felt it was imperative to partner with a technology provider that would enhance our operational efficiencies, all the while allowing our store managers to access the information necessary to improve speed of service and overall customer satisfaction,” Alfred Monney, Pamax Management’s head of information technology, said of the benefits of using Par’s in-store systems with its reporting and enterprise management applications.

He noted that using ParTech as a total-systems supplier meant “faster implementation time and seamless integration of our front-of-house and back-of-house applications.”

New Hartford, N.Y.-based ParTech said the InFusion suite and ViGo hardware package help store managers manage cash, labor, inventory and in-store production, while its integrated enterprise manager can distribute menu data across the entire enterprise and its Web-based reporting service delivers key statistical views to managers at all levels.
