GOLDEN Colo. Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, publicly traded parent of the Einstein Bros. and Noah’s New York bagel chains, is rolling out reduced-fat and trans fat-fee menu items to offer healthier choices to customers.
At 300-plus-unit Einstein Bros., customers have four new sandwiches to chose from, all made with hormone-free chicken: The choices include Caesar chicken on onion challah roll and a Thai chicken sandwich with peanut sauce. The chain is also adding two low fat blended drinks, Guava Banana and Papaya Yogurt.
At 70-unt Noah’s, menu boards now include a grilled blackened salmon sandwich, a grilled miso salmon sandwich and two new salmon salads.
