Aramark wins Asilomar park account in Calif.

PACIFIC GROVE Calif. Aramark Corp. has signed a 20-year contract with California State Parks to operate Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds, a lodge, resort and conference center here.

According to an announcement by the parks department, Philadelphia-based Aramark will pay the state $1.9 million in rent annually, or 8.6 percent of the gross receipts, whichever is higher, as well as a variety of capital improvements, program support and facility
