LENEXA Kan. Applebee's Services Inc. has hired Angela Hornsby as vice president of human resources. Hornsby was formerly vice president of operations for the west division of T.G.I. Friday’s.
At Applebee’s, she will report directly to president Mike Archer, who was also hired away from Friday’s. Hornsby reported to him at that chain as well.
Hornsby, who has more than 12 years of industry experience, was named 2007 Motivator of the Year at the Elliot Leadership conference and was recognized as the 2005 Emerging Leader by the Women’s Foodservice Forum.
