Burgerville supports union vote at second unit

Brand waives hearing; NLRB to oversee May 12-13 election

Within days of workers at a Burgerville restaurant in Portland, Ore., voting to unionize, the chain has waived a National Labor Relations Board hearing and will support an election at a second location in May, the company said.
