NAFEM Show exhibit hall to feature gallery of groundbreaking new products for operators

ORLANDO Fla. —The North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers will launch a new product gallery called “What’s Hot! What’s Cool!” at the NAFEM Show at the Orange County Convention Center here Feb. 5-7, 2009.

The NAFEM Show will co-locate with the annual International Foodservice Technology Exposition, or FS/TEC, which is managed and produced by Nation’s Restaurant News with Robert N. Grimes of Accuvia. —The North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers will launch a new product gallery called “What’s Hot! What’s Cool!” at the NAFEM Show at the Orange County Convention Center here Feb. 5-7, 2009.

The “What’s Hot! What’s Cool!” gallery will display products that deliver benefits in such areas of operator concern as labor and cost savings, energy efficiency, food safety and sanitation, environmental concerns, and aesthetics. —The North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers will launch a new product gallery called “What’s Hot! NAFEM said the 75-plus products selected to be featured in the “What’s Hot!
