WASHINGTON —Nation’s Restaurant News honored the year’s most creative television and radio commercials with its Restaurant Advertising Awards, presented during the 2008 Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators conference held here recently.

“The commercials we’re honoring here today are the best examples we’ve found of cutting through the clutter, keeping people from hitting the fast-forward button or changing the radio station,” said Chris Keating, national sales director for Nation’s Restaurant News, who emceed the awards presentation.
