Boston Market picks management, reporting software


GOLDEN Colo. Boston Market Corp., based here, with 590 rotisserie chicken restaurants, has chosen for use RedPrairie Corp.'s Site Operations and Performance Management software.

"We selected RedPrairie because they have the breadth of product, foodservice and workforce management expertise to handle a large scale project such as ours," said John Jones, Boston Market's vice president of operations systems.

He said using RedPrairie's software "will ensure that our management teams are afforded the most timely and accurate information needed to supply and staff each location to best service our extremely valued customers."

RedPrairie Site Operations for Food Service, formerly known as BlueCube Enterprise, supports numerous site-based operations-related functions, including inventory management, cash management, learning management, employee scheduling and time-and-attendance administration. Sources at the Milwaukee-based technology company said Performance Management for Food Service is an analytic reporting product that integrates with, and leverages data from, the Site Operations application.
