El Pollo Loco Employee Tournament Tests Customer Service Knowledge

IRVINE, CALIF. El Pollo Loco [2] restaurant took home top honors recently at the fast-casual Mexican-food chain’s annual Pollo Bowl of Tournament Champions. —A Los Angeles-area

The tournament was created four years ago to promote exceptional guest service through employees’ knowledge of the standard operating procedures of the chain of more than 360 grilled-chicken restaurants.
