NRN video of the week: Subway launches new ‘SUBConscious’ ad campaign

The quick-service operator promotes Footlongs with subliminal messaging

Subway wants to get customers craving Footlong subs with its “SUBConscious” ad campaign. The commercials play on the theme of subliminal messaging and promote five Footlongs starting at $4.99 each.

The quick-service chain has also installed pop-ups to accompany the ads: a sub-shaped sand sculpture in Chicago, projections on buildings and 3-D chalk art in San Diego.
