Red Lobster targets Hispanic consumers with Spanish-language ads

The casual-dining chain tweaks its “Real People” marketing campaign for the population

Red Lobster has launched its first national Spanish-language advertising campaign in an effort to attract the expanding segment of Hispanic consumers.

The advertising campaign aims to more effectively communicate with the growing Spanish-speaking population in the United States, said Stewart Marquina, director of marketing at Orlando, Fla.-based Red Lobster.
