NRN video of the week: Do calorie counts lead to healthier eating?

New FDA regulations require calorie information to be posted on menus of larger restaurant chains

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration rules requiring restaurants and grocery stores to put calorie counts on their menus have come into effect this month. These new regulations are aimed at restaurants with 20 or more locations.

In the video above, CBS News asks a public health professor whether or not displaying calorie information actually affects what consumers order and interviews restaurant patrons to get their opinions.
