Better cheese sauce, greener burgers, more healthful pasta and menus that serve to broaden a concept’s customer base have all been recognized this year with a MenuMasters Award.
Presented by Nation’s Restaurant News and sponsored by Ventura Foods, the awards honor outstanding menu research and development. Winners are selected by NRN’s editors, who have judged them to have a significant impact on the foodservice industry.
The winners will be honored at a celebration at the Drake Hotel in Chicago May 19.
