Maggiano’s to debut first standalone gluten-free menu

Items on Italian casual-dining chain’s lineup include cheese ravioli, flourless chocolate cake

Maggiano’s Little Italy will unveil on April 30 its first standalone menu that highlights the chain’s gluten-free offerings.

The 49-unit division of Dallas-based Brinker International Inc. plans to roll out the two special gluten-free menus during its annual Make-A-Wish fundraiser, held through July 8.
