Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes opened its 100th restaurant Monday, marking the midpoint in its service, menu and décor updates.

Michael Mabry, chief operating officer of Plano, Texas-based Mooyah, said the opening of the new, franchised unit in Tuscaloosa, Ala., shows off many aspects of the brand’s upgrades.
