Rising delivery cost, customer skittishness, lead Ando to new location

Ando, the delivery-only concept developed by David Chang, is not delivery-only anymore. It did a soft opening of a 12-seat brick-and-mortar location this week near Union Square in New York City. It’s scheduled to open officially on Monday.
