Noodles & Company nets access to corporate store systems

News

BROOMFIELD Colo. Noodles & Company, based here, has completed a rollout of the hosted Aloha Command Center application to all 170-plus company-operated, fast-casual restaurants, Aloha vendor Radiant Systems Inc. said.

Aloha Command Center provides real-time access to restaurant-level systems for monitoring and support purposes to reduce down time and enhance security, among other functions, representatives of Alpharetta, Ga.-based Radiant indicated. Among other store-level applications and hardware devices, Noodles & Co., with more than 200 locations in 18 states, including franchised sites, uses Radiant’s Aloha Quickservice point-of-sale software and the vendor’s 1520 POS terminals.

“Prior to installing Aloha Command Center, we were manually supporting our restaurant systems. Since the rollout, we have been able to simplify our support process, gain tremendous visibility into our restaurants and reduce operational costs,” said David Lehn, Noodles & Company vice president of information technology. “The benefits of Aloha Command Center have been invaluable to our business.”
