MFHA, Corvirtus team up to gauge industry engagement of minorities

COLORADO SPRINGS Colo. —Corvirtus, the provider of employee development and retention tools based here, has partnered with The Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance to conduct a pair of surveys.

The surveys have been designed to examine current and prospective employment needs of minorities and women. One study, the Future Workforce Survey, was created to identify the requirements and expectations of higher-education students. The foodservice and hospitality industries have made efforts over the past decade to improve opportunities for minorities and women, although certain barriers remain.
