Consumer Picks 2016: A look at the lowest-scoring brands

Consumer Picks logoSee which brands had the lowest Overall Scores in the four segments in the 2016 Consumer Picks survey, and which attribute score was lowest for each brand.

Overall Scores are based on an average of scores on a variety of attributes weighted by the importance that diners in that segment put on each attribute. Attribute scores reflect the percentage of respondents who said a chain was "outstanding" or "above average" in that area.

The annual Consumer Picks survey is presented by Nation's Restaurant News and WD Partners of Dublin, Ohio.
